pkla (referred to as "the Platform", "we" or "pkla") is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh, accessible at https://pkla.cam. These terms and conditions form the legal agreement between pkla and its users.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount on pkla is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are:

Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly upon completion, though some time may be required depending on the payment method and amount. Depositing via a third party's account is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing typically takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours. Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used to make the deposit.

4.3 Verification

pkla reserves the right to verify your identity before processing a withdrawal. This verification process may require a government-issued ID, proof of address or payment method documentation. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

pkla complies with anti-money laundering regulations. Accounts may be investigated in the case of unusual or suspicious transactions. Users may be asked to prove the legitimate source of their funds.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to claim this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means you must wager the bonus amount 10 times before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 Other Bonuses and Promotions

pkla offers various promotions and offers from time to time. Each promotion will have its own applicable terms, which will be detailed on the promotions page. Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly stated.

5.4 VIP Program

The pkla VIP program has three tiers:

• Gold: weekly cashback of up to 1.2%

You can advance to a higher VIP tier through regular gaming activity. pkla reserves the right to modify the VIP program benefits at any time.

5.5 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting systems or any fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. If such behavior is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be closed.

6.1 Game Results

All games operated on the pkla platform use a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) system. There is no possibility of manipulating game results.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game interface. pkla reserves the right to adjust betting limits in specific circumstances.

6.3 Technical Errors

pkla reserves the right to void any winnings resulting from a technical error or system malfunction. Prizes awarded due to genuine errors will be considered invalid and will be reclaimed.

6.4 Game Service Providers

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkla platform:

• Using automated bots or third-party software
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources
