pkla Responsible Gaming — your protection is our priority
pkla believes that enjoyable gaming is only possible when it is played in a controlled and responsible way. We are always here to keep you safe.
Why is Responsible Gaming important?
Online casino and betting should be a form of entertainment — not a substitute for income and not a solution to financial problems. To ensure responsible gaming on the pkla platform, we have built several safety tools and policies to help you make informed decisions.
Millions of players in Bangladesh enjoy pkla every day. Our goal is to keep every player's experience enjoyable and controlled. Uncontrolled gambling can have harmful effects on personal, family, and financial wellbeing. That is why building responsible gaming habits is very important.
Under pkla's responsible gaming policy, we ensure that every user is playing with awareness, staying within their budget, and can seek help when needed. Remember, placing larger and larger bets in an attempt to recover lost money is never the right approach.
Our Protection Tools
pkla provides several effective tools to keep players safe. By using these tools, you can keep your gaming experience under control.
Deposit Limit
Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Raising a limit requires a short waiting period, but lowering one takes effect right away. This will help you stay within your budget.
Time-Out Feature
Use time-out for a short-term break. Keep your account temporarily closed for any period from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During this time you will not be able to log in or place bets. Your account will be reactivated automatically when the break ends.
Self-Exclusion
If you need a long-term break, choose self-exclusion. You can close your account for 6 months to 5 years, or permanently. No promotional messages will be sent during this period and the account cannot be reactivated.
Bet Limit
Set a maximum amount for a single bet. This feature will stop you from placing large bets on impulse. This limit applies to casino slots, cricket betting, or any other game.
Session Reminder
View reminders on screen at set intervals showing how long you have been playing. Playing for a long time without a break affects your health and decision-making ability. Taking regular breaks keeps your focus and judgment sharp.

Ways to Keep Yourself Safe
Build a few simple habits for responsible gaming that will keep you safe at all times.
Before you start gaming, set a fixed budget and stick to it strictly — stop when the budget runs out.
Never think of gaming as a source of income or a way to recover lost money — it is entertainment only.
Take regular breaks and spend time with family and friends — gaming is just a small part of life.
Avoid gaming when you are under stress, feeling lonely, or going through a difficult time — your ability to make decisions is reduced in these situations.
Decide the time limit for each session in advance and make sure you stop when it ends.
If needed, get help from pkla's support team or a trusted family member.
